You’ve come to the correct place if you’re looking for some fantastic adventure destinations to add to your bucket list! This article should be sufficient to add new destinations to your bucket list, despite the difficulty of identifying the most adrenaline-inducing vacation destinations.
California
California has it all when it comes to adventures. To be honest, there aren’t many adventure sports in California that you CANNOT do! It’s one of the few countries where you can go surfing and skiing on the same day, and it’s home to dozens of National Parks, mountains, coasts, and other natural wonders.
Canada/Rockies
The Rocky Mountains form the border between Alberta and British Columbia, two of Canada’s top adventure locations. Most visitors to the Rocky Mountains fly into my hometown of Calgary, Alberta. I always propose that they start their journey at Winsport, the sports complex that hosted the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.
Colorado
Colorado is a must-see on any adventurer’s bucket list as the adventure capital of the United States. Throughout the state, you’ll find world-class hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, climbing, and more. The best way to experience all of Colorado’s outdoor activities is to get on the road. Take an amazing road journey through Colorado.
Hawaii, Maui
Maui is the place to go if you’re searching for adventure in one of the most gorgeous areas on the planet. Get your pulse rate up and fly through the treetops on one of Maui’s zipline tours; my personal favorite is Kapalua Adventures on the island’s west side.
If climbing is more your thing, climb to the summit of Haleakala and hike around the volcanic crater in Haleakala National Park before or after seeing the sunrise or sunset.
